Ashley is IWI's Director of Advocacy. He received his degree in law, obtaining a first class honours from Kingston University and has further obtained his Masters degree in law - with a specific focus on international human rights law. Ashley has previously worked with legal charities focusing on human rights issues in the U.K. In addition, Ashley is an avid cyclist and fitness enthusiast.
Demiladé is the Deputy Director of Advocacy for IWI’s, co-leading the official advocacy strategy and developing infrastructure to support, empower and secure women’s human rights in the UK. Specialising in legal advocacy, Demiladé has a degree in law and a further Master’s (LLM) in International Development Law and Human Rights. She now works at the United Nations as a Legal Protection Analyst, supporting and advocating for the rights of refugees and asylum seekers in the UK and abroad.
